   Welcome to my Initial D page This website is about a Japanese anime and manga called 'Initial D'. The anime uses high quality 3DCG and 2D Cel style, and the songs in the anime are excellent.

   Brief story : Initial D is an anime about a 18 years old boy Takumi Fujiwara, who helps his father Bunta Fujiwara deliver the tofu from their home to a hotel at the top of the Akina Mountain everyday. Takumi Fujiwara started driving since he was 13 years old. His driving skill is very good, especially in drifting. The story begins when the racing team Redsuns comes to Akina, and challenges the local racing team SpeedStars for a race. Everybody expected SpeedStars to lose in this race. At this time, a mysterious AE86 shows up and against the Redsun's RX-7 FD and .......

   This show is so popular in Japan. It hasn't made it overseas yet. Although you could download the scenes off the Internet. People sure love the idea of using there handbrake to drift. This show was made with such detail that people even try to copy some of the moves from the animation. Take a look!!
